Aktoty Raimkulova, a graduate of the DBA program of GSCM RANEPA, was appointed to the high post of Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A.R. Raimkulova studied at GSCM RANEPA in the DBA program together with the International Academy of Business (Almaty, Kazakhstan), defended her doctoral thesis on the topic: “Improving project management in the socio-cultural sphere in market conditions” and received the degree of Doctor of Business Administration.
Aktoty Raimkulova graduated from the Almaty State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy and until 2014 she followed the career path from a teacher to vice-rector for scientific and creative issues in the same institution. Then she was invited to the position of acting Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Art to the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Until her current appointment, she was the director of the Department of Culture and Arts of the Ministry, as well as the Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She has government and state medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
